ATHENA RISING

Completed in 2017 by my collective - Nomad Clan.

 At 46.3m high, this is the UK's current tallest mural. It depicts two owls – inspired by the owls on Leeds' coat of arms – flying through a night sky, against a background pattern of sacred geometry in gold. Cities are increasingly becoming disconnected from nature... but at the heart of everything, underneath the complexities of urban life, money, social media, politics, technology... we are all still part of this massive space rock'. The mural was created as part of 'A City Less Grey', a citywide street art project.
